At first our room door would not open no matter what we did. We went to the front desk with the dog and luggage to complain about not being able to get in our room. A maintenance main came and told us there was a trick to that door and he was able to open when we could not. My son went to get the rest of the luggage only not to be able to enter the room due to key and special trick. I opened from the inside to let him in. I then thought I was going to call for room service only to find out our phone did not work. I proceeded to the lobby asking to be switched to another room. After a 11 hour drive to there with another 20 he ahead of us, I did not want to deal with issues Cole the lobby clerk was kind

Room was perfectly clean and beds are super comfy! We had a few minor hiccups over our several day stay and each once was handled to the best of the staff's ability (mechanical issues and waiting on machine parts) and to our complete satisfaction. We've stayed here many times in the past and will definitely return! Our favorite rooms are the ones that open directly to the pool deck! So convenient, especially with kids!

Definitely better than expected. Pool was beautiful! View of the mountains from my room was perfect. The saloon was fantastic! I enjoyed watching the line dancing and the food there was good. Right across from a gas station, and only a few minutes down the road from a Sheetz.

i loved everything: the hospitality, the cleanliness. even the other guest were a joy to be around. the restaurant downstairs was absolutely scrumptious 😌👌🏾i have zero complaints , the staff went well over the call of duty ! Thank you! i can’t wait to stay here again.
